SIP-033 - Clarity 4: High Demand New Builtins introduces upgrades that make smart contracts faster, more efficient, and easier to build. The changes improve performance, expand language flexibility, and enable more efficient liquidity across the Stacks network while maintaining full backward compatibility.
Key Improvements
This SIP also includes a technical rider, SIP-034. This introduces a new variant of the tenure-change control transaction, allowing it to specify which dimension of the block budget should be reset. This rider will activate only with CAB approval and the passing of SIP-033.

If you are using a custody provider or wallet other than Leather or Xverse, you can use the provided dust voting option. The voting platform will pre-fill your transaction for you in many cases, but instructions are also provided if you need or prefer to send a transaction manually.
